Potnia Theas on fast forward
Lacy Muircastle Reporting...
To refresh everyone’s memory, ‘Ora Trei’ means 3 o’clock in Romanian and the name is inspired by the concept of trinity and time.
Potnia Theas is a highly talented designer never stops; she is always coming up with new concepts of one sort or another. Not only is she working on an exotic and whimsical new line called “Costume Couture” of which the first item called ‘Soleil’ has just been released, but she is currently remodelling her boutique to accommodate the disabled. She has installed ramps (some invisible) for those who choose to represent themselves in Second Life as they are in Real Life. To compliment this, Potnia is creating a detailed note card with all the details, pricing and the list of items contained in each product. This is to facilitate those avatars that use special equipment or sensors to access their online information; this is to ensure that they are better informed when making purchases. It does not stop there. Potnia believes that Ore Trei sorely needs to expand its space for their new lines and have therefore decided to embark on a VIP area to give their valued group members exclusivity for their loyalty to Ore Trei Designs. This VIP area will carry most of the newer items along with special gifts and promotions. A further new release is called Fizzle. The "Fizzle" hood can be worn large so that your own hair may be worn. A detailed note is included about the hoods and script. There are seven hair colours the smaller hoods. The prims are modify so that hair textures can be changed if so desired.
On the personal front, Potnia is participating in the MWC (Models With Curves) NSLFD Designer Challenge (Jennifer Warden CEO - Models With Curves). Entries have closed for the competition and it is held over 12 weeks and there will be weekly eliminations. I will provide you with a list of contestants, as well as a list of judges at the end of this note card. The reason Jennifer Warden started this competition is because she owns a Modeling Agency in SL and is always in search of new designers to do fashion shows. Jennifer wants to give new designers a way to showcase their lines to the SL community as well as more influential people in the fashion industry as you will see from the list of judges that Jennifer has lined up to judge the competition.
