OHHHHHHH the Horror...
From the stiff bed of My Holiday Inn Hotel Room, I used whatever strength I had left to send out an SOS across the metaverse to SLE Staff about my memorial Weekend trip .
What they recieved was not great news infact it was more of typical crazy situations that always seems to happen to me!..grrrr.
Setting off on my family getaway with the flu was not a good Idea but taking one for the family team, I sucked it up and tried my best to brave the heat but as soon as I wobbled off "The Great Bear" Rollercoaster , the 2nd ride I got on.... it was curtains for my weekend...
Sent to Persia Bravin and Prince Sonoda from Lanai's iPhone on Sunday May 24, 2009 approximately 6:30 pm est after episode 1.
What started out as a nice morning ended with me in bed by 6:30pm! Here's what went down and you are welcomed to crack on me over it, the worst is over...I think. We arrived at Hershey a little after noon. Went to the zoo which was cool then it was off to the attractions... Sooo my daughter saw this ginormous roller coaster with twists turns, upside down and whatnot. I wasn't quick to volenteer as her riding buddy but somehow ended up strapped next to her with my feet dangling off this wild ride ... After experiencing wind and fury for about 45 seconds it was over. When I mean over I ended up decorating Hershey park's center square of all places right where 80% of the park's visitors seemed to be chillin.... So my worst nightmare got answered and then again as soon as I reached my car...as a family was walking to their car parked right beside me. Needless to say I was the total light weight and had to be put to bed at a local holiday inn
where I am still in bed writing to you... Let's see how day 2 goes. ~Lanai
DAY 2
After waking up from a looooong sleep from the previous afternoon with plans to return to the new Boardwalk addition......we checked out of the hotel at 11 am est and hit the local K-Mart in search of a last minute pair of flip flops and a cute bathing suit but standing at check out... It all came rushing back and next thing I know we were back on the road for an hour and a half drive home with a couple street graffiti stops along the PA Highways Shoulder lane...Doood, dramamine was Not working for me...
Anyway, Arriving home It was like hitting the finish line after a long run, Screaming "Yessss I finally made it!!!"
And there, In my bed was were I ended up being forced to spend the rest of memorial Weekend .... DR. BFF's Orders.
Much Love and thanks to everyone who contact me with well wishes for a fast recovery this week. I'm glad to say I am feeling better but comtemplating wheather or not I should use my 2nd day tickets and show my face back at Hershey park...An attendant might recognize me as the sick chick makin it hot from the scene he/she had to clean up! OMG hahaha.
