If you look around sl these days, it doesnt seem like your average god fearing community with all its' scantally clad chicks and Flamboyant divas just screaming for attention from the opposite sex, same sex or anyone who would look. It's kinda like a circus sometimes with all the craziness.

 Johns all over the place humping profiles and iming ladies shamelessly... Group tag wearers and profile Drama Queenz/Kings that offend anyone who dares to read them and a whole host of other bad attitudes and energy vampires. It's almost a joke to even start banning avatar names. The very thing that creates thier Identity.

Clearly this is a self governing community with many who come here to express their own imaginations and opinions by ways of projecting it outward with how they dress, act and even participate in group acitvites such as mafia Role Play, master & Slaves, Neko , vampires, lions..tigers and bear...who cares!

 In fact didnt the Lindens themselves pen the phrase "Your World, Your Imagination"? I mean, wasn't that the intention?

I'm not here to grab onto the stick that has been waggin at the lindens since the creation of this world.. Lag this, lost inventory that... pffft. Our petty unanswered problems should get placed on the backburner while they clear our streets of Name Criminals!

 As our duty to atleast bring these cases to the surface and let our readers decide where the line between Virtual World Expression and the opinion of the Lindens to govern that personal choice begin and end so don't grief the messenger...

Where will they begin cleaning shop next? or do they wait about 2 years before without warning, Start Snatching the very existance from a member who simply came here to have a secondlife dispite his creatively descriptive name or choice of lifestyle.

If it's to be all like that, What if "Piercecock Spitteler" was a Chicken Avatar with earrings on,or the fact we are a society of unwinding adults looking for entertainment. Would that change the perspective any?

This dilemma begins with a dear friend of myself and The SL Enquirer, In fact he built our newest Media Center and is always around to lend a helping hand. A great friend to say the least and one I've always called Pierced. I remember back in the day going to a concert and Security was so tight they asked Pierced to leave due to his name and a few ladies who were swoonin a little bit to hard.... So here I am without my friends, bodygaurd and dance partner. All vulnerable and stuff because it was a PG Sim? If I would have known I was going to watch some sort of Chuck E Cheese Event I would have gone to the strip club instead.

Where are adults alowed to be adults? Hell I've heard cuss words in every single language atleast once in my SLife. Even if I didnt know it.

As if that really was my point... What I think I meant is, How soft or uptight must an Avatar be to file a report on a Non Griefing Citizen simply because he has a Highly polished name? I bet they had to walk past a couple BSDM Shops in their first hour of Second Life before they noticed there's some far more offensive things to catch an eyeful of before picking on Mr PIERCEDCOCK!. Uptight and obnoxious report filing have got to Stop people!

 As for "P.C. Spitteler, a Linden law abiding citizen who is always there to help another Avie, treats people with respect and is here to have a good time. I feel I must vent on his behalf.

Why punish a citizen like that without some sort of warning including reassurance that he would have his entire inventory intact with the name transisition. 50,000L + Worth before ripping his account away for over a week interfering in the activities and things he does here.

  Without checking his track record first to see for abuse reports when there are Griefers running amuck causing havac around the grid all the time.

This clearly had to be an abuse report filed by a tight assed citizen who didnt take the time out to realize his name isnt what he looked like to visually offend that person because chances are , Pierced was wearing a pair of pants, usually with his signature overcoat.

Silverback Darkstone: I was at help island with some friends and we were tryin to help some noobs, see if anyone needed any help or anything ,kinda thing. Then i left and poof I was logged out By a administrator. No warning or anything,just gone.

Lanai: Have you ever been ban from places or reported to The Lindens before?

Silverback Darkstone: not that Im aware of. The only place I was ever banned from was a mafia club. You took me there. We were gonna go dancing but other than that ive never been banned from anywhere.

Lanai: I've seen many crazy names wandering around Sl looking all tacky and shameless with profiles and picks to match. As offensive as they are It makes me wonder, When censorship has taken over SL...Will the noobs all end up with permenantly spray painted on white undies like those old barbie and ken dolls?...That will take the sex right out of cybering...Do you think the Lindens are getting too involved in our decision making or not involved enough?

Silverback Darkstone: I really think there are too many people out here not willing to come into a virtual world and see it for what it really is. its a place to expand your mind and have new and creative adventures with other open minded,freespirits ,if you will. The problem i see is when people come here and believe its real life they treat it like we all have to follow their rules that they live by in rl. This is My SL just as much as its theirs. I dont nor ever have judged anyone for the way they want to live their lives in sl.

 there's too many old miserable people coming in here seeing others have a great time and all they can do is be jealous of others having fun

so they send in complaints about other people all day long and one of them just happened to see me. Ive never bothered anyone in sl that didnt bother me first.

Silverback Darkstone: well i have played on other sites,such as yahoo or msn and such for years .ever since i got My peircings in rl ,i thought it would be fun to advertise the fact and make it fun and creative,its nothing sexual,just states a fact. My names on other sites have been pierced cock or some dirivitive of it since 1998 so seemed nornal for me to keep my long time image.
