Wurlitzer: You originally had Caribbean Sensations, from there you decided to change into Ethereal Sensations, why did you decide to do that, and how did that idea get started?

Poulet Koenkamp: We couldn't expand as quickly as we would like in the sim we were in. Plus the tiers on a whole sim wasn't much more than what we were paying and we ended up with almost twice the land and prims.

Wurlitzer: What features does Ethereal Sensations have to offer?

Martin414 Timeless: A space park for entertainment and a place to shop. The space park has a new particle show for all to enjoy and space pod rides for touring the sim. At ground level there is a store with houses, furniture, plants, fish, waves, tree houses, mushroom ride. Underwater there is another store with fish, reefs, corals, etc.

Wurlitzer: How did you conduct your research as to building different themed attractions for Ethereal Sensations?

Poulet Koenkamp: Wow where to begin, almost every item had been researched online, be it textures or animations or sounds or ideas.

Wurlitzer: Do you create your own themed attractions for Ethereal Sensation or do you have somebody custom making them for you?

Martin414 Timeless:  Poulet built almost everything, Martin made the new particle show and space pods as well as the greeters.

Wurlitzer: How long has Ethereal Sensations been in Second Life for?

Martin414 Timeless: I bought the sim for my love, Poulet, Feb 1 2009, the group was created before that but became active during February.

Wurlitzer: Has anybody helped you out with building Ethereal Sensations?

Martin414 Timeless: No this sim is Poulets vision, I help out when I can with scripts, animations, sounds and sculptys but this is Poulets dream.

Wurlitzer: How many visit Ethereal Sensations?

Martin414 Timeless: Not really sure, my greeters have picked up on hundreds of different people coming here and traffic is better than ever but i haven't counted the results from the 3 greeters.

Wurlitzer: What made you decide to market Ethereal Sensations?

Poulet Koenkamp: The store keeps the sim going so we can keep the space park going.

Wurlitzer: What kind of unique items can you purchase at Ethereal Sensations?

Martin414 Timeless: With SL having so much already I'm not sure if anything is unique but we have mushroom rides,tree houses, houses, plants, furniture, fish, coral, waves, etc. Poulets style is unique as she makes almost all her own textures.

Wurlitzer: Is Ethereal Sensations more for exploring or purchasing items?

Poulet Koenkamp: I'd say both, you can do whatever you like. The space park is at 250m and the store is at ground level.

Wurlitzer: What are some of the drawbacks that your experiencing with promoting Ethereal Sensations?

Martin414 Timeless: Well we have a new location and new group so we are more or less starting over and it takes time to build business back up again.

Wurlitzer: Do you have any sponsors?

Poulet Koenkamp: Nope, we do it ourselves

Wurlitzer: How do you go about promoting Ethereal Sensations?

Martin414 Timeless: We have an ad in the classifieds, we have some events like treasure hunts, musicians, and contests as well.

Wurlitzer: Other than Ethereal Sensations, are there any other places that you have in SL?

Martin414 Timeless: No, this keeps us busy enough.

Wurlitzer: What are some of Ethereal Sensations main goals?

Poulet Koenkamp: This is our creative outlet and we just hope people enjoy it.

Poulet Koenkamp: Music of the World, it's calming and quiet like space.

Martin414 Timeless: No idea, we haven't had much time to think about anything else just yet.

Wurlitzer: How do you keep transparency in making sure who you are in RL becomes the same in SL?

Martin414 Timeless: It's easy we know each other in RL we don't need to hide anything.

Wurlitzer: What would you like your future in SL to be?

Martin414 Timeless: Just to have a creative playground that pays for itself.

Wurlitzer: What do you do in RL?

Martin414 Timeless: I work in computer sales and have 9 computers myself.

Poulet Koenkamp: I work in an advertising university/school of graphical design as well as web page design and web page updating.

Wurlitzer: What do you like to do in your spare time in SL?
